HERE IS A PREVIEW OF POTENTIAL ACTIVITIES
Cacao Ceremony
The cacao used in these ceremonies is minimally processed, retaining its natural properties. Cacao Ceremony means relating with cacao with gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. The cacao is known for its cardiovascular benefits and mood-enhancing properties and the ceremony serves as a form of meditation, allowing you to delve into your subconscious and confront any emotional or mental blocks.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a magical science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises, and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body, which surrounds the physical body. Kundalini Yoga helps us recognise that abundance is our birthright and living from our hearts is the surest path to prosperity
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. The classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.
Breathing Exercise
“When the breath is still, so is the mind.” This basic yoga concept tells us that, with breathing, we can help to either calm or excite the entire nervous system. When the breath becomes irregular and unsteady, so is our mental state.
Kirtan Music
Singing Kirtan music is an ancient practice in Yoga that can bring powerful spiritual effects, and is part of a practice known as Bhakti Yoga. Kirtan songs are made up of sacred sounds that can be sung by anyone, anywhere — it’s less about sounding pitch-perfect, and more about the feeling of lovingness, community and celebration that happens when you join together to sing songs of devotion.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is a powerful therapy that uses music and sound instruments to improve well-being by awakening all layers of our energy field. It effectively triggers the relaxation response, countering symptoms of chronic stress and balancing our whole being.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and focused awareness. It’s often called “meditation in motion” because it helps calm the mind while improving balance, flexibility, and overall health. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is great for people of all ages and fitness levels. It’s like a slow, graceful dance that makes your body and mind feel relaxed and connected.
